"Professional Guided Trophy Alligator Hunts" Florida's 2011 Public Water Gator Hunt begins 5pm August 15th and ends 10am on November 1st. Hunting gators is a fun and challenging adventure, offering an exciting and unique experience. Hunts begin just before dark and last until the last gator is brought aboard. Hunters should expect to spend up to 12 hours a night actively participating in stalks using Bow, Crossbow, Harpoon, or Gator Rod w/snatch hook.
